● To adjust, or fix in a new or different way.

◊ What does it mean to reset yourself Spiritually?
● A reset is a pause to reflect, an opportunity to release. It means forgiving yourself for past mistakes
letting go of guilt and fear and choosing to start again with clarity and purpose

◊ How do I reset Spiritually?
● Start by Surrendering to GOD.
* A surrendered heart creates space for lasting transformation
● Simplify your Spiritual practices
* Faithfulness in small habits leads to deep roots.
● Rebuild a daily rhythm with GOD
* Creating a rhythm with GOD means choosing a regular time and place to meet with GOD
● Reset your mind with GOD’S truth
* GOD’S truth bring clarity and helps you discern what truly matters

◊ What are some practical ways to make reset stick?
● Choose one spiritual habit to prioritize this month
● Set a consistent time and place to meet with God
● Write down one Scripture each week to reflect on
● Give yourself grace as you grow and learn
